Only moon with dense N₂ atmosphere (1.5 bar, 50% denser than Earth's). Surface at 94 K (−179°C). Hydrological cycle of methane/ethane — Kraken Mare (~400,000 km²), Ligeia Mare (~130,000 km²) are liquid hydrocarbon seas. Estimated 10¹⁵ m³ of liquid hydrocarbons on surface, plus vast dune fields of organic tholins. Subsurface water-ammonia ocean at ~100 km depth. Dragonfly rotorcraft mission (NASA, launch 2028, arrival 2034) will explore prebiotic chemistry. Potential for in-situ propellant production (methane/oxygen from surface resources). ΔV from LEO ~15 km/s.
